I am thrilled that you opted to use our new Awaken180° scale and app, provided by CoachCare! Since we are not scale manufacturers, we decided to work with CoachCare to provide an at-home solution for tracking your weight loss.
To install the Awaken180° / CoachCare app:
You must receive an invitation to create an account from your Awaken180° coach in order to have full functionality of the app. If you haven't already, speak to your coach about inviting you to use CoachCare. They can create your account for you, and then you will receive an e-mail to activate your account, which will be sent to the e-mail address that you have associated with your existing Awaken180° account.
This e-mail will provide you with a link to setup your password for your CoachCare account, and links to download the apps in the Apple Appstore or Google Play Store, depending on your device. It is recommended that you open the Apple Appstore or Google Play Store links on your device, rather than your computer, to make it easiest to download the app.
If you do not see the e-mail in 10 or so minutes after the coach confirms that have set up your account, try searching your inbox and spam folders for the email subject line, "New Awaken180° Weightloss App Account". The email will be from: "Awaken180 Weightloss <firstname.lastname@example.org>".
If you still are not able to find the e-mail, please contact email@example.com.
Once you are able to download the app and set up your password, you should be able to login and see all of your existing weigh ins. If you have requested a CoachCare scale, you can expect it to arrive about 3-5 business days after the order was placed. If you want to upload any pre-existing body composition data to your app, you can enter a weigh in manually using these instructions.
