If you are using the Awaken180° app (powered by Coachcare) and a Coachcare scale, the following should help you troubleshoot some common issues.

- You cannot locate your app activation email:
- The app is in an invite-only phase and thus, only a subset of our clients are using the app at this time. If you are supposed to have the app installed, but don't, please let your coach know and they will invite you.
- You forgot your password to the app:
- The app and our website do not share passwords and thus they may be different. Please make sure you are signing into the app with your app email/password. If you need to reset your password to the app please follow these instructions.
- Your scale will not record your weight:
- Please ensure the following:
- Bluetooth is on
- Location services are enabled
- The Awaken180° app has permission to use bluetooth (Settings can be found: Mobile Device Settings > App > Permissions > Make sure all the Permissions are enabled)
- Make sure the scale is near your phone.
- Make sure you are barefoot.
