- Open the App on your phone.
- Once you are on the Home Page, tap on the "Log Water" button.
- You can begin logging your water consumption by:
- Tapping the Quick Add buttons available for 4oz, 8oz, and 16oz.
- Adjusting the slider button according to your water intake.
- After logging your water intake. Tap the “Add to Water Log” button below.
- A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen.
