In this guide, we will provide you with a step-by-step tutorial on how to weigh-in using the new Awaken180° App. Keeping track of your progress is essential for achieving your health and wellness goals, and with the updated features of our app, weighing in has never been more convenient. Follow along as we walk you through the process to ensure accurate and seamless tracking of your weight on your wellness journey.
Note: If you do not have one of our bluetooth scales please click here to view instructions on how to manually enter your weigh-in numbers.

- Open the App on your phone.
- Once you are on the home page, tap on the “Weigh-in” button. And it will bring you to the “Weekly Weigh-in” Page.
- From the "Weekly Weigh-In" page, tap the "Start Scale Scan" button located at the bottom.
- You can now step onto the scale to begin the pairing process.
- Once this page appears, wait for a moment until all measurements are displayed.
Note:
- ALWAYS use the scale on a flat hard floor surface
- ALLOW the app to access your bluetooth
- DO NOT wear shoes or socks when weighing yourself.
- DO NOT use the scale on a carpet or soft surface.
- Do NOT step down from the scale until you see the final measurement.
- After all the measurements are displayed, you can step off the scale and tap "Save".
- At the top of the screen, a confirmation message will appear stating, "Congratulations on completing your weigh-in."
Note: Another way to access it - From the Home Page, tap anywhere on the graph as shown below, or tap the “Metrics” icon from the menu.
- From the "Trends" page, tap the "(+)" button.
- Once you are in the “Weigh-in” page please follow the steps number 3 above.
