1. Tap on “Forgot password”
                                                 

2. Enter their Email Address
                                                 

3. Tap on “Email Verification Pin” button                    
4. Check their Email and Enter the 6-digit
pin to the App
               

5. Tap on “Verify OTP” button
                                               

6. Enter New Password
7. Confirm New Password
                                               
8. Tap on “Reset Password” button
9. A confirmation will appear on the tap of
the screen
                                               
10. Log in using the newly created password.
