Overview:
First off, let me apologize, if you are reading this, it is most likely because you are experiencing difficulty in signing into the website. I am sorry that this is the case, but luckily most sign in issues can be resolved relatively easily. Please be informed that only clients can sign in successfully into their account
Have you signed in before?
If you have never signed in, you can still follow the "Incorrect Email or Password" instructions below and you will be able to set your initial password.
Incorrect Email or Password:
If you cannot sign in due to an incorrect email or password do the following:
1. | Navigate to https://clients.awaken180weightloss.com/users/password/new |

Enter your email address in the box Note: If you see the error "Email not found" email or call your office to find out which email they have on file |

Within a few minutes you should receive an email with the subject line Password Reset Instructions. Open the email and click the large blue button that says "Change my password". Note: If the email does not bring you to a password reset screen, try right-clicking the blue "Change My Password" button, and selecting "Copy link address". Paste the copied link into your URL bar and press enter. |

Enter and confirm your new password. (Keep in mind it must be at least 6 characters) |

If successful, you will be automatically signed in and redirected to your dashboard where you can access your weigh in statistics, before and after photos, recipes and more! - or - If unsuccessful you most likely saw an error such as "Reset password token is invalid"

In either case, simply follow the above steps again, and make sure you are following the link from the most recent email. |
