In order to make using our app even more fun and to encourage you to complete your goals we've introduced challenges to help keep you on track! These challenges are totally optional but should you choose to play, this article will help you understand how the system works! Have fun!
Please note that the challenges will change over time and this article could become outdated. As a reference this was most recently updated on September 26, 2025.
Streaks, Badges & Rescues — How Everything Works

1. Daily Food-Log Streak
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Build it | Log at least one meal, snack or beverage before 23:59 (your phone’s time) |
| Break it | No entry for an entire calendar day |
| Rescue | At 00:00 the next day, one Daily Rescue is auto-spent (max 1 per day) |

Complete each once (any order):
Log an item in the Food Log
Scan a barcode
Log Water
Favourite a recipe
Complete a Daily Check-In
Reward: Badge + Rescue
3. Program Finisher / Graduate
Track your scheduled appointments; missing one simply pushes the goal date back. Complete all your weeks to earn the "Program Finisher" badge. Meet your body composition goal to earn the "Program Graduate" badge!

4. Rescues (your “safety nets”)
These automatically "rescue" your streaks when you don't meet the requirements

5. FAQ
Q: I joined on Friday; do I need three check-ins this week?
A: No. With three days left, only 2 check-ins keep you on pace.
Q: Can I turn Rescues off?
A: Not yet. We’ve found automatic protection keeps members motivated and reduces anxiety.
