In this guide, you’ll learn how to request an appointment cancellation using the new Awaken180° App. We’ll walk you through each step — from navigating to the appointments section to selecting the appointment you wish to cancel and submitting your request — so you can easily manage changes to your schedule anytime, anywhere.

1. Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on the “More” icon at the lower right corner, as shown below.
   
   
                                                              

    

2. Once you are on the 'More’ page, tap on the 'Appointments' button.

                                                              
   
    

3. Navigate to the Upcoming Appointment
   
                                                              
   
    
4. Tap on the 3 dots located on the right most side of the appointment you wish to cancel.
   
                                                              
    
5. Tap on the “Request Cancellation” button at the bottom.
   
                                                              
    
6. Tap the “Yes” button to confirm and proceed with your request canceling the selected appointment.
   
                                                              

                                          
Note: The appointment you just requested to cancel will remain visible in the app until it has been reviewed and approved for removal by the admin.
