In this guide, you’ll learn how to access your weekly meal plan in the new Awaken180° app. The meal plan provides a clear outline of your recommended meals, helping you stay organized, on track, and confident in your food choices throughout the week. By knowing where to find your plan, you’ll always have quick access to the guidance you need for success.

Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on the “More” icon at the lower right corner, as shown below.
Once you are on the 'More’ page, tap on the 'Documents' button.
Once you are on the “Documents” Page, look for the “Documents from your Coach” You may need to scroll down to find it.
You can now select your Meal Plan by tapping on it to view the details.
You may need to download it to view, depending on the device you are using. You can also rotate it for a clearer view.
