If you are looking for instructions on how to fill out our online order form, you have come to the right place! The following steps will take you through how to place an order.
Prerequisite:
This process is only possible if your coach has generated a food order for you to edit. Please reach out to your coach or the location you visited if you need them to create an order.

How to access your order from the New Awaken180 App:

Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on the 'Food Orders' button located on the main menu, as shown below.

From the "Your Orders" page, tap on the "Fill New Order" button. And you will then be directed to the "Select Products" page.
Note: If the “Fill New Order” button is not available. Please reach out to your coach so they can get your order started.
How to fill out your food order using the App?

Note: Before filling out the food order, please know that our products are convenient, flexible, and easy to use.
All of our products are interchangeable throughout the day, meaning any product qualifies for a breakfast, lunch, or snack - be sure to review your meal plan so you know when Awaken180 products will be called for throughout the day.

The order form contains the following information (number corresponds to number in image below). The image is also an attachment to the article in case it's too small to read above):
- (1) This is your product counter. Your coach selected how many general products and how many limited products are allowed in your order.
(2) This is the header for the general products. As you scroll down through the order form, you will see the section with the header Limited Products.
(3) This is the item name.
(4) This is the Product Description. Click the info circle next to the product name to view a helpful description of each item.
(5) This is where you enter how many you'd like of that product.
NOTE: A few things to note about filling out your order form:
The counter (labeled #1 in the previous example) will automatically decrease as you select the items you want.

You will be unable to select more items than your coach chose. If you go over the limit, you will see a pop-up that tells you what went wrong. Simply adjust your order until you are within your order's limits.
- You are now ready to place your food order using the methods outlined below:

You can utilize the "Search products" option located at the top to easily find the product you need, or you may scroll down to select and explore the available products.

Once you've selected the product, simply tap on the number (0) located between the (+) and (-) symbols. Then, type in the desired quantity of the selected product.

You can also select the desired quantity by tapping the "+" or "-" icon located below each product, depending on the quantity of the product you wish to order.

Note: If the Nuzest product is not visible in the required products, you may proceed by tapping the “Save and Continue” button.
3. After completing the food order, tap on the "Save and Continue" button below.
4. You will be directed to the “Order Details” page, where you can:
- Check the order information, such as
- order number and
- order date
- Order Address
- If you wish to deliver your food package to a different address. You can tap on “Edit” so you can modify the address
- You can scroll down to double-check the food order before tapping the “Submit Order” button.
