- Navigate to the Home Page in your app, tap on the " Log Food " button as shown in the picture.
- Tap on the “+” Icon on the right most side of each Meal Type. (e.g breakfast)
- Select the time you had your meal by sliding the numbers up or down, and then tap the “confirm” button below.
(please be mindful of the am/pm option)
- Select a meal. By default Awaken180 products button is highlighted
- You can scroll down to find the products you wish to log, or directly type into the search bar at the top to locate the Awaken1 80 food you're taking.
- Once the selected food is displayed, make sure to place a checkmark in the checkbox by tapping on it.
- Lastly, tap “Add to log” button below

- You can type directly into the search bar at the top to find the daily common food (e.g. hardboiled egg)
- Once the selected food is displayed, make sure to place a checkmark in the checkbox by tapping on it.
Note: If you need to adjust the serving size or the fraction you can do it before before tapping the “Add to log” button below
- Tap “Add to log” button below

- Once you are on the “Select Meal” page, Tap on the barcode icon located on the rightmost part of the Search bar.
- Your phone camera will activate and be ready to capture the barcode of the food you wish to log.
- Hover your phone camera over the barcode. Ensure there is sufficient light on the barcode for successful scanning.
- Tap on “Submit Scanned Barcode” button below
- Once successfully scanned the item will be displayed on your phone.
- Put a check mark on the check box next the the newly scanned item or food by tapping the check box
Note: If you need to adjust the serving size or the fraction you can do it before before tapping the “Add to log” button below - Tap on the “Add to Log” button below

How to Log Food from the recipe

- Navigate to the Recipe Page in your app, as shown in the picture below.
- You can type the recipe name you're looking for into the search bar at the top
(e.g., Lemon Garlic Chicken).
- Once the selected food is displayed, Tap on it to display the more details
- Tap the “Add to Log” button.
- Specify the Date and Time
- Select the Meal Type (e.g. breakfast)
- Tap on “Add to Log Food” button
- You will receive a confirmation message that you successfully created a custom meal out of this recipe.
- Now it's time to adjust the serving size or fraction of the meal based on the food you’re consuming
- Tap on “Save & Add to Log” button bellow
