How to Report a Bug for the new Awaken180° App?

In this guide, we will show you how to report a bug using the new Awaken180° App. Reporting bugs helps us identify and fix issues, ensuring a smoother and more efficient user experience. Follow these straightforward steps to submit a bug report and contribute to the continuous improvement of our app.

1. 1. Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on your name initial, located in the upper left corner, as shown below.
      
                                                           
   2. Once you are on the 'Settings' page, tap on the 'Report Bug' button. You may need to scroll down to find it.
                                                           

                                                 

   3. You will be redirected to “Type form”. Follow the instructions on the succeeding pages until you successfully submit it.
   4. Tap on the  “Start” button located at the bottom of the page
      
      
                                                              
   5. You will be redirected to the page where you can type the bug you found about the New Awaken180 App. then Tap the “OK” button.
   6. You will be encouraged to send a screenshot of the bug you found. Then tap the “OK” button.
                                                              

                        

   7. After uploading the screenshot. Tap the “Submit” button located at the bottom of the page.
      
      
                                                                
   8. A confirmation message will appear after you complete the error reporting form.
