How to make a Suggestion using the new Awaken180° App?

In this guide, we will show you how to make a suggestion using the new Awaken180° App. Providing feedback and suggestions helps us improve the app and your overall experience. Follow these simple steps to submit your ideas and help us continue to grow and enhance our app.

1. 1. Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on your name initial, located in the upper left corner, as shown below.
                                                             
   2. Once you are on the 'Settings' page, tap on the 'Make a Suggestion' button. It’s under “Help Center” You may need to scroll down to find it.
                                                             
      
      
   3. You will then be redirected to Type form. Follow the instructions on the succeeding pages until you successfully submit the form.
   4. Click the “Start” button located at the bottom of the page.
                                                           
   5. You will be directed to a page where you can type your suggestions in the space provided.
   6. Click the “OK” button to proceed.
                                                           
   7. Tap on the “Submit” button located at the bottom
   8. A confirmation message will appear after submitting your suggestion.
