Accessing Chat via “More” page

Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on the “More” icon at the lower right corner, as shown below.
Once you are on the 'More’ page, tap on the ”Chat” button located on the lower right of the App
You will then be routed to the Chat Support page.

Once the chat bubble is open, you can start chatting with the support team by either tapping a quick button based on your concern or typing directly into the chat box and tapping the send button.
Accessing Chat via “Settings” page
Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on your Name Initial located on the upper left of your screen to access settings.

Once you are on the “Settings” page, look for “Chat Support” under the Help Center. You may need to scroll down to find it, then tap on it.
You will then be routed to the Chat Support page.
Once the chat bubble is open, you can start chatting with the support team by either tapping a quick button based on your concern or typing directly into the chat box and tapping the send button.
