Whether you have questions about your program, need technical assistance, or require general support, this guide will help you connect with the right team.

Reaching out via Phone

1. You can can reach support by dialing the phone number (844)346-1800
   • Press 1 if you’re interested in getting started or looking for more information
   • Press 2 if you’re a current client.
   • Press 3 if you need tech support. 
   • Please wait for a live representative to cater your needs.
                                                            
2. If you are accessing the website on your phone, you can tap the call button at the top of the page. 
                                                              
3. You can also directly dial the Tech Support number (413) 307-3758.

Reaching out via Email

1. 1. Navigate your app to the Homepage.

   2. Tap your Name initials on the upper left corner of the App to access settings.
                                                       

   3. Look for “Request Support” from the menu under the help center. And tap on it
                                                       

   4. It will bring you to a page where it provides an options:

      • Schedule a call with one of the tech support wizards

      • Open a ticket and will respond via email

      • Give us a call right now
                                                     

   5. Select  one of the options above and follow along with the rest of the instruction for each option.

   6. You can also access chat support through the new Awaken180° app by following the steps below:
      

      • Navigate your app to the Homepage.

      • Tap your Name initials on the upper left corner of the App to access settings.

                                                     

      • Once you are on the "Settings" Page Look for “Chat Support” from the menu under the help center. And tap on it
                                                     

      • You will then be redirected to our website. Please look for the chat bubble icon located at the bottom right corner of the page and click on it.
                                                         
      • Select the desired support you need.
                                                         
      • An automated message will respond asking for the email address associated with your Awaken180 account.
                                                         
      • After providing your email address, please wait for a live agent to assist you with your concerns.
   7. You can also access  More Support by Tapping "More" from the main  menu
                                   

Reaching out via Website (PC or Laptop)

You can Use the Important Contacts option to reach out support by following the steps below:

1. Navigate & Log in to the Website Using your PC or Laptop
   
2. Once logged in, look for the "SUPPORT" button, you may need to scroll down to find it.
   
3. You will then be routed to the options where you can select what types of support you need.
   
   • Weightloss Support
   • Tech Support
     
4. Click on the desired support from the options, and it will automatically open a mailto links with pre-filled templates for you to type your concern.
5. You can start typing you Inquiries & concerns.
6. Click "Send"
   
    You can also access the "Chat Support " via Website
7. Look for the Bubble Chat icon located on the lower right  of your dashboard and click on it.
   
8. A live chat box will pop up, and you can choose the kind of support you need help with.
   

9. After selecting the type of support, the automated system will prompt you to enter the email address linked to your Awaken180° account.

10. After providing your email address, you can start typing the details of your concern and click 'Send' or press 'Enter'

11. Please wait for a live representative to respond to your inquiries and concerns.

Getting Support via Facebook

1. Open Facebook and search for Awaken180 or you can click this Facebook Link
2. Once opened, Click the Contact us or Message buttons below
   
3. After clicking the Contact Us button, you’ll be directed to our website where you can choose from several options to reach us, as shown below.
   
4. If you clicked Message via Messenger, one of our team members will get back to you shortly to assist with your questions or concerns.
5. You can also Join our Awaken180 Weightloss Group  a space to connect with fellow clients achieving their goals and creating healthier habits.
