Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on the “Home” as shown below.
Tap on your Name Initial located on the upper left of your screen to access settings.
Once you are on the “Settings” page, look for “Request Support” under the Help Center. You may need to scroll down to find it, then tap on it .
You will be redirected to Typeform. Tap on option A: “Schedule a call with one of our tech support wizards.”
Tap on the “schedule time” button.
Select the desired date and time
Fill out the necessary information about your concern. You may need to scroll down to access it.
Tap the “Schedule Event” button below
A confirmation message will pop up on your screen.
