In this guide, you’ll learn how to schedule a tech support session using Calendly. If you need assistance with the app or website—such as logging in, resetting your password, navigating features, or resolving technical issues like device pairing—our support team is ready to help. Follow the steps below to book a time that’s most convenient for you.

Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on your name initial located on the upper left side of the App, as shown below.
Once you are on the “Profile” page, tap on “Settings” or the gear icon located on the upper right-hand of the app.
Scroll down to locate “Request Support” under HELP CENTER.
You will then be directed to another interface where you can select your preferred support channel.
Tap Option A to schedule a call with one of our tech support wizards.
Tap on the “Schedule Time” button.
You will be directed to Calendly, where you can select your preferred date and time to connect with our support specialists.
Note: Dates highlighted in blue indicate available booking slots.
After selecting a date, you will be taken to a page where you can choose a time.
Note: You may need to scroll down to find your preferred time.
Tap the preferred time and tap “Next.”
Note: You may need to scroll down to view and complete additional details.
Fill out the required details, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
Answer the following Question based on the support you need.
Tap on the “Schedule Event” button.
You will receive a confirmation email about your appointment
