How to Access help Center using the new Awaken180 App?

In this guide, you’ll learn how to access the Help Center in the new Awaken180° app. We’ll walk you through the steps to quickly find answers to common questions, explore support articles, and connect with helpful resources. This feature makes it easier to get the guidance you need and stay supported throughout your Awaken180° journey.

1. Navigate to the Home Page in your app. Tap on the “More” icon at the lower right corner, as shown below. 
                                                             

2. Once you are on the 'More’ page, tap on the ”Support” button located on the lower right of the App
   
                                                                              

3. You will then be routed to the Additional Support page.
   
                                                              
    

4. You can use the search box to type a keyword or you can scroll down to explore all the available help articles.  
                                                              

5. Tap on the article title you need, and it will open the article details. You may need to scroll down to view additional information.
